Job title: Abattoir Supervisor Reports to: direct supervisor or manager

1) Supervises coordinates activities of workers engaged in slaughtering, skinning, and dressing cattle, hogs, and sheep on killing floor of abattoir

2) Directs trains workers in use of knife, air-knife, saws and other handtools

3) Inspects meat for specified color texture to verify conformity to government regulations

4) Sets control timer to regulate conveyors according to production schedules

5) Performs other duties as described under Supervisor any industry Master Title.

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:
