Job title: Waitress Reports to: direct supervisor or manager

Job tasks: [Core 13 job duties]

1) Know the method of preparation, primary ingredients, portion sizes, serving temperatures, quality standards, appearance and texture, taste, garnish presentation for menu items

2) Ensure that server station is prepared with glassware, silver linen

3) Responsible for taking food beverage orders; utilizing the related system when entering guest orders

4) Fire orders timely, as needed, while communicating special requests

5) Place plates correctly in front of guests while describing items delivered to the table, mentioning item, sauce garnish

6) Advise guest of hot plates share plates

7) Know table numbers, seat positions station numbers

8) Communicate clearly with the guests other employees

9) Responsible for cleaning and maintaining tables and station in a neat orderly manner

10) Participate in the daily pre-shift meetings

11) Relay information, guest or staff accidents, complaints, comments or compliments

12) Check schedule for changes

13) Help clear and set tables; stocking service areas as needed, maintaining clean equipment materials
