Job duties [are to]:

Greet guest in a professional manner

Operate multi-line phone system

Ensure phone calls are transferred or message is taken

Manage phone system; updating messages accordingly

Responsible for filing, faxing,copying, and also data entry as assigned

Responsible for typing memos, correspondence, reports other documents as assigned

Assist with maintaining conference reception area organized at all times

Perform a variety of other clerical duties as assigned

Order maintain reception supplies inventory

Contract includes:

A) (reporting): you will report to (supervisor job title and name)

B) (basic salary): the offered receptionist position is at a (salary/wage)... of (salary/rate per hour) per (period in year/month/ week or hour).

C) (work hours): your working hours will start from 09:00 AM till 17:00 PM

D) (vacations): your vacation is 2 days per week
